English Talk Shop LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all American Speechsounds software and our vowel game, Is ERnie an attORney?. If you are not completely satisfied with your English Talk Shop products, please return them for a full refund (excludes shipping).
Returning Physical Products
If the product is purchased directly from English Talk Shop LLC through the Web, mail, email, or over the phone, you have 30 days from the product’s physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Return a copy of the packing slip with the product to be eligible for a refund.
If you return products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either delivery confirmation, registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. English Talk Shop LLC is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

Returning Electronically Delivered Products
You have 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, and all other electronically delivered English Talk Shop LLC media purchased directly from English Talk Shop. You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to English Talk Shop LLC. Refunds for products purchased directly from English Talk Shop can be requested by email: sales@englishtalkshop.com.
If you purchased American Speechsounds from a distributor, please contact the distributor for their return and refund policies.
Cancellations
Cancellations for orders of physical products are eligible for full refunds prior to the products being shipped. Cancellations of orders for physical products after products are shipped are eligible for refunds (see Returning Physical Products).
Cancellations for orders of electronically delivered products are eligible for full refunds prior to the products being downloaded. Cancellations of orders for electronically delivered products after products are downloaded are eligible for refunds (see Returning Electronically Delivered Products).
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Products may be delivered electronically anywhere in the world. Shipping charges for physical products are calculated only for United States destinations. To determine shipping conditions and costs for locations outside of the United States, please contact us.
